FOR FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCT(S):
If your purchase is faulty, damaged or has a major problem please return the product(s) to us for a replacement, repair or refund.
If your item(s):
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Please keep your proof of purchase —e.g. your receipt.
FOR CHANGE OF MIND:
We understand that people change their minds, so we will happily offer you an exchange at the time of return, or a store credit valid for 12 months.
Please note: The item(s) being returned must be returned in the same condition as they left the store in.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or credit if we believe the product is not in a new and unused condition.
